I had a wonderful experience with the staff at AFC. Everyone was very kind, professional, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and cared for. The staff was welcoming and respectful, and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire AFC team for making my experience so positive. I highly recommend AFC to anyone looking for great care and friendly staff!

I went in yesterday and my initial interaction with the man at the desk was pleasant. He was kind and easy to converse with. Later on after seeing the doctor, I spoke with the same front desk man again and requested the medication to be sent to a different pharmacy. I gave him the name and address and he said all set. Walking to my car I noticed on paperwork it said the incorrect original pharmacy on my file and I went back inside. He said if there’s any problems to just call so I left again. Not to my surprise that pharmacy would not fill my script so I spent over an hour (remember I’m sick) on the phone with various pharmacies and my insurance (cvs Caremark). I then called urgent care to request my prescription be sent to the one I asked for and after being on hold he apologized and said all set. It was in fact not all set, because various pharmacies in the area were out of stock of the prescription. Not anyone’s fault but now I’m already frustrated and spent so much time sending it to the correct pharmacy I had to invest even more time. The whole ordeal and phone calls took over 2 hours. I had to then call urgent care back again to have it sent to a pharmacy I found on my own that had the prescription in stock. During that phone call I was hung up on. He sounded stressed and frantic. (I could hear a lot of noise in the back however that’s not a reason to rush me off the phone and not even say goodbye). Today, I called around 11 to speak with a doctor. I’m experiencing severe side affects from the prescribed medicine and the pharmacy told me to contact the urgent care team. Again, the same man sounded stressed, told me the doctor was with a patient and hung up on me again, no goodbye, an awkward end of a phone call. I’m torn between calling back or just giving up because he’s making this really awkward for me for no reason. The doctor was great I’ve been to this location a few times before however this new front desk person is going to make me second guess coming back in the future. I hate leaving bad reviews or getting anyone in trouble that’s not my goal. I am sick, I work and pay an expensive premium for health insurance. I expect when I come in to a clinic to be treated with common decency. I think a little more training with how to answer/deal with patients over the phone and bedside manner would go a long way.

the service was excellent. The doctor who saw me was kind, helpful, and caring. The secretary was also wonderful and very helpful, and the nurse was great as well. Everyone was very supportive and professional.

The Dr. Was timely, thorough and pleasant X-ray tech Staff was welcoming....facility is well maintained.... super clean !!  Definitely recommend 👍

Woke up this morning feeling unwell and was able to make a last minute walk in appointment.

I had a great experience at this urgent care! There was no wait time, and I was seen right away. Everyone on the staff was amazing,very kind, caring, and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful everyone was. Definitely recommend this urgent care!

I walked in and the waiting was very little. Staff was amazing, The PA Sam was very professional and compassionate removed a cyst. The clinic was very clean and organized.

I was able to easily find an appointment that was good for me. The staff there was very helpful and information. I will definitely recommend this place to somebody else.

Dr Sam was very helpful and totally put my mind at ease and felt comfortable. Good communication.

Very efficient and timely care and wait times. Only 2 nurses on a busy morning and they still worked very hard, got the job done, and very efficient with their work.
