Lighting in front office and exam areas way to bright caused me to be nauseous, hope they change lights

Needed to have my DOT physical done to keep my CDL license current. AFC urgent care came up on my internet search and said they take walk-ins. Had no problems being seen. Very smooth process. Nurses and doctor very professional. Clean new facility   They filled out the paperwork online for me and my license was made current for another year. I’ll be back again next year.

I was very pleased with how the service was here. My doctor was informative and thorough.

Everyone was so so nice!! I definitely liked this office, but the wait time was a little long for me scheduling ahead and the having to wait about 45 minutes.

while the time it took from walking in to getting seen was fine. i have more issues with the logistics of the companies processes and procedures. i was waiting for my HSA card to arrive the next day (which it did) and was not given the opportunity to call in to pay my ded the next day when it arrived.... I have called the billing office and they have not been able to view what i paid to change it to the HSA card... i chose the CVS next to my house when i was signing all the paperwork but the provider selected a pharmacy that was not CVS and AFC does not have after hour numbers to try to resolve to get the RX changed... I tried to have the billing department located over seas help but they could not. I called the office and the manager relayed to the staff there was nothing she could do about processing a different payment... extremely sad 😔

One of the best urgent care centers I’ve ever been to from start to finish. Front desk clerk very nice, pleasant and attentive. The medical assistant very caring and thorough. The NP provided great bedside manner and reassurance. One stop shop with labs being done in house.

I arrived unannounced and saw the doctor about 10 minutes after I finished the paperwork. He understood my concern, cleaned the wound and called in perscriptions. The office is clean and everyone was very helpful.

Scheduled a drug test for employment and was able to be in and out of within 15 minutes of arrival

The staff was so great. They even pointed out a different payment option which was very helpful! I certainly will go back if needed!
