I made an appointment in the morning on their website for early the same morning.  Everyone from the receptionist to the person who checked me in and the person I saw was very friendly.  They took a series of x-rays to confirm there were no broken bones.  I was in and out in under an hour.

Everything about this visit was great. Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with was very kind, professional, and welcoming.

The nurse who drew my blood was very sweet and professional! I appreciated all the help from the front staff as well.

Scheduling was a nightmare as I was given the impression that I could just go at any time prior to the deadline time provided in the email. When I arrived, I was told that they could not do any drug tests that day and I would have to come back the next morning at 8 am. While waiting for my test, approximately 5 more people came in for their pre-employment drug testing and was told they would have to come back the next day as well. This is inconsiderate to the clients and their employers as it wastes their time and also prolongs the employment process..

Last Monday I went to take a drug test for my employer and we were waiting for the results. We were calling for the results. They never came and suddenly they just said they were canceled. I went back again for another test and we're still waiting. I don't know how long it's taking.

Appt was scheduled for 9am (a simple drug test…scheduled from my work) Arrived ay 8:45 was not seen until 9:43! I had to be in Charlottesville at 12! If not running on time…patient should be told!!  Staff was very nice.

Medical staff were very friendly. The receptionists were extremely unprofessional and inattentive.

Loved Latoya, her beside manner is great and the staff is friendly. They are thorough. Was very pleased and will definitely go back if I need to use urgent care again!

My doctor is professional and has a personable side that lets me know I am not just another number. The staff is friendly and excellent at caring about my progress through this medical journey.
