AFC Urgent Care, Rockville

The providers are excellent and go above and beyond to help their patients. The environment is welcoming. The staff is friendly and supportive.

Entire process was easy from start to finish! Appreciated the time the staff dedicated to looking up my records prior to giving me vaccinations and patience while drawing blood. Great experience for my first time going!

Came in for an eye infection, receptionist was pleasant and helpful.  The intake assistant on the other hand barely spoke, was monotone in speaking to me and didn’t seem interested in what she was doing (not a good day I can only assume).  The PA came in within a reasonable time but gave me a prescription for meds that I have an allergy to!   He didn’t ask many questions and exam was brief. Seems to be a lot of staff turnover at this location

Went for labs only to find out you have to have an actual visit with the doctor before they will do the labs. Once the doctor sees you and goes over your medical history (none of which is their business since I only wanted labs) they will then order the labs so they can draw them. Spent almost an hour and will most likely have to pay a point of service doctor visit fee rather it be free had I gone to LabCorp. Didn’t like having to explain to someone why I need said labs for their approval.  I imagine it’s a great place when you need urgent care but not just for labs only.

Did not catch everyone’s name, but from the young lady behind the front desk to the young man who took me back and the PA & MA everyone was incredible. I live in the area and this was my first time coming here I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Very please with the whole operation of the facility. The medical treatment put me at ease    I was very nervous when I arrived;  left feeling so relaxed. Thank you so much

Unqualified doctors. End up with Suburban emergency. They diagnosed completely different life threatening issue. Your doctor has NO knowledge. He should not practice medical instead he should go back to school. I will LET every one in my real estate office and mortgage office and neighbors KNOW not to visit your place EVER. I will report other websites as well.

The staff was attentive and the young man had excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend this urgent care.

All staff patient and helpful from checking in through prescription ordering. Doctor listened patiently to my situation and provided clear advice as to next steps.

Needed to see a doctor because my partner hurt his left hand due to a fall. It was very easy to make our appointment and we got in to see a very pleasant and helpful doctor and nurse.. really recommend this Urgent Care
