The whole staff was beyond amazing with there friendliness and quality of care, by far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! We’ll go there again if the need occurs.

Got appointment right away. Liked the doc a lot. Very professional and thorough.

OMG Terrible!  Went in for simple blood sample.  "0" patients in line before me, but I still had to wait @ 10" in lobby waiting.  Then they called me into attending rooms.  Sat another 6". Then two different persons stabbed me, one in each arm, and DIDN'T draw sufficient blood.  So I leave without the blood test I need, both arms bandaided up. Waste of time. Zero results.

The only thing I could say is that when I asked the nurse that gave me the vaccines if I needed to come back for a second does of each, as it said on the paperwork that two doses were needed for adults, the nurse could not answer the question.   So I had to call back the next day to speak to someone and left a message for someone to call back and let me know.

They are very welcoming, respectful and easy to work with! The office is clean and efficient. I was seen in thirty minutes for a walk in appointment. Highly recommend for urgent care services!

I had problems paying the copay. The system wouldn’t accept my card. I used it to directly before and after the appointment so I am unsure why it didn’t accept it. It would have been nice to have the option to be billed instead.

Really unhappy experience, at many levels. A return visit, scheduled, but 45+ minutes delayed in waiting room with no explanation. Wait in examining room for the "provider" another 40+ minutes, no explanation. Provider came without notes from my previous visit. This is just an overview. Scheduling problems do occur, but ignoring patients is inexcusable. I will likely not return, and would hardly recommend, although others in our community have been way more positive.
