I went in for extreme upper abdominal pain. The wait was almost two hours. The staff was very friendly but the nurse practitioner seemed tired and in a rush. I don’t think I will go back to this location

Scheduling an appointment was easy and it was nice to save wait time by completing paperwork online before the visit. Staff were friendly but I had a very poor experience working with provider Charles Brown. His bedside manner was brusque and dismissive, and I learned upon arriving to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription that he had prescribed me an antibiotic that I’d previously had an allergic reaction to. I had just mentioned my allergy during intake for the appointment. I am hoping that Charles or another provider can assist me quickly with a new prescription, I have an infection and will now have delayed treatment. Aside from my provider experience, everything else went great.

Scheduled a 10:30 appointment. Didn’t see the dr until 12:30ish. Dr was polite, but seemed on the cold side and a bit in a hurry.  Prescribed 4 different medications, but forgot to put the two most important ones on the pharmacy request. So had to go back in to the office to get them sent in to be filled. Whole experience was exhausting and I went home and took a 4 hour nap. I still have not received my diagnosis papers by email yet.

I came in for wheezing and sickness. Waited over 2.5hours to only see the doctor for less than 5 mins. I understand it is a busy and sick season but the session felt very rushed. There was no X-ray and so the doctor could only listen to my breathing and gave me a few medicine. When confirming my pharmacy, I told the staff which pharmacy I use and I even asked again to double checked in case. They told me they got the one I said but still ended up sending it to the wrong one.

Had an 8:45 appointment, clinic opens at 8. Staff didn’t arrive until 8:40 to open the doors. Sat for 2 more hours before I was seen, didn’t do anything for me or provide me with any referral.

I was a walk in and I waited about an hour and a half for anyone to see me, the location is heavily understaffed and there's only one PA for everyone that comes in, that is not fair for the PA or the people that come in.

I would suggest that people who are not happy being friendly in giving service to paying customers should quit their job and find something that they can be happy with. Few of yours need to quit
