I pulled up at 735 but they didn’t open until 8. Not their fault. There was nothing on the front door about appointments, or scheduling online. I walked in 1st and wasn’t seen until about 945.  Their online check in was glitchy at best. They were kind enough to find my insurance instead to sending me away, but I wish they had actually looked before making me get up and stand there with a fever and flu while they searched the database for my insurance. I didn’t even leave with paperwork about my visit. It wasn’t an easy visit. If I had my kid, I would’ve left and gone to the emergency room, it’s less of a hassle.

I walked in on Wed. feeling bad; expected wait as walk in but needed flu and COVID test so could start meds if positive. Both negative. Sat. middle of night - made appt. ; headache, very sore throat, ear ache, 2nd day total laryngitis, body aches. Still had to wait 45 min., others arriving after taken first. Provider (wasn’t informed if she was MD, NP, PA or her name either time) was friendly, thorough, (negative strep, didn’t hear back on throat culture) - more communication during wait would be appreciated, and if they test for RSV or whatever this virus was.

I was sick and needing to see someone on the weekend. I was able to be seen and get my needs met quickly. The staff was friendly and professional. There was a little bit of a wait but it was in the middle of a flu outbreak. So, with all things considered, the wait time was not too bad. I would definitely recommend.

I want to make sure that we’re not being charged for this visit. I spent a lot of time booking it online doing all of the paperwork submitting all my insurance information uploading my ID, etc. only to have a show for the appointment. We were brought into the room right away, but after an hour and 15 minutes no one sauce and my husband had to go for an appointment so we needed to leave and we told the woman at the front desk to cancel. I do want to make sure that this is not being submitted to my insurance, we did not see physician and we told them to cancel the visit. Please have someone reach out to confirm all of this
