Booked an appointment for 11:30 but wasn’t called till 2. Someone’s appointment was booked at 1pm but they were seen before me. My appointment kept getting pushed back as I kept seeing new names on the list.  A 3 hour wait time for a booked appointment vs someone else who only had to wait 30 minutes after their scheduled time. Wait time was a little long, but I was a walk-in so it was expected. Everyone was friendly.

They failed to extract blood from my dad,  they poked him 3x and they’re not even apologetic, told us we have to go to quest diagnostics for blood extraction.

Had an appt at 8am and arrived there before it opened. Wasn’t seen until 9am. Place is short staffed but all the staff who were there are really nice. They were really nice. Good bedside manner.

Worst urgent care appointment ever been to. Not only did it take all day to see a dr for 5 minutes but I did not receive any care and only given some Flonase when I told them my roommates had a sinus/ear/eye infections and I have same thing besides the eyes and they were prescribed antibiotics and better within 2 days. I was denied antibiotics and denied an ear lavage and will never return to this joke of a place. Should be sued for denying care!! Not like i was asking for narcotics or anything crazy. Needed my ear cleaned out because I can't hear anything and some antibiotics to clear up infection. But nope I was given some Flonase which I could have gotten over the counter and honestly barely does anything. I would honestly up the level of care and treatment here it was embarrassing. Clinics in Mexico take better care of thier clients than this joke of a place!!!! Btw went to another ugent care center through another company guess what they have me what I needed with no fuss!!! If I had money I would sue this company for false advertising and denial of basic human services that my insurance covers no questions asked.

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. All three staff members I encountered were friendly and efficient. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

1. It's ridiculous that we cannot check in online. 2. After the checked-in in person, I was told a wait for 2.5 hours and I would receive a text reminder right before my turn comes. I never received such text.

Everyone was friendly and professional! The wait time was good and the nurse and doctor were very friendly

The front desk says I will be seen in 30 minutes . I came in at 8:30 and dr sees me at 10 . So it’s an hour Half wait :( Staff not friendly also . Dr is extremely nice .
