Had to do a DOT Physical for work and going to AFC Sanford made it so much easier than other places I’ve previously visited. The scheduling was quick and easy - just like the check-in. The staff were amazing - very friendly & provided amazing care.

I have been here twice already and both times there were not long wait periods and all of the staff from the front reception team to the back have been so courtious and kind and very nice, the facility is clean and well kept and there is wifi and a tv in the waiting room as well as water and a snack if you are hungry, both times I have been I felt that AFC has gone above and beyond and you can feel the care and compassion for others from all staff

Shantae the Medical Assistant was GREAT! Very friendly, responsive, kind and helpful! This is the second time I have come here and I will continue when the need arises. The front desk staff and providers as well have been great too! Thank you ALL for what you do for others!

Hailey the nurse and Ginger were so caring, understanding, compassionate and considerate. They were awesome. Even the lady at the front desk and the x-Ray lady was great. I came in close to closing and they treated me as if I came in at the beginning of opening. They were not upset and rushing me because it was almost time for them to close! This is definitely where I will be coming with my family is ever the next time we need service! The facilities was also nice and clean
