I felt that I was not taken serious. I went home with ZERO answers, no explanation, and no solutions to my extremely painful issue.

Came in with a hurt knee, got an x-ray, out soon after

I’m still waiting for my medication, which has not been sent to the pharmacy as I was told it would be. I called the office today and left a voicemail, but no one has returned my call. I’m still waiting, and my symptoms are getting worse. I would appreciate it if someone could address this issue as soon as possible.

I had a very frustrating experience here. I went in for what I believed was a recurring case of angular cheilitis that had lasted almost 3.5 weeks, which was longer than my previous flare-ups. I wanted to get some medication, like an antibacterial cream, and have it double checked to make sure the infection wasnt getting worse. The nurse practitioner barely let me explain my symptoms before telling me it was herpes. I tried explaining that I had experienced angular cheilitis multiple times before and that this looked and felt the same, but I felt completely dismissed. She also did not properly examine my mouth or do any testing, even though herpes can be tested for. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what bothered me most was how quickly she made the diagnosis without listening to my history or really examining me. I ended up going to a different place for a second opinion, where the doctor actually examined my mouth and told me it did not appear to be herpes and was consistent with angular cheilitis. I would have appreciated a more thorough examination, more questions about my history, and an explanation of why the provider was so certain before giving me such a serious diagnosis. I went in because I wanted medication and wanted to make sure the infection wasnt getting worse, and I left feeling extremely anxious and dismissed.

The entire staff were amazing! They were very helpful and polite. They helped me with my problem even without a scheduled appointment. Coming from New York I was amazed with the prompt service and care that I was offered. The doctor and nurses listen to my problem carefully and resolved my situation.
