Dr . Offered a variety of tests and solutions and was quick and efficient

Scheduling was very easy to make online. Staff was very friendly. Doctor was sort of informative received. A shot really wasn’t made clear but it was for or any complications from it. Wasn’t told to go to my Walgreens and get a prescription until I saw the paperwork when I got home. Next morning, I went to Walgreens to check if there was one and yes, there was and I picked it up.

My son was feelings well today due to being sick. He was able to come in and get evaluated by doctor right away.

The doctor did a wonderful job of breaking down my issues + giving me a breakdown of my issues.

Dr was amazing very caring and attentive to my daughter. The girl at the front desk however was extremely rude, gave me incorrect information about the pharmacy that I drove all the way to so when I spoke to her on the phone and asked for my daughters prescription to be sent over to my normal pharmacy she was extremely rude and acted like I was taking up her time. When she had mentioned the drs note for school I told her what the Dr had approved and she decided that is not what should be put on there even though she was only the receptionist she wanted to argue with me. I have come to this urgent care a few times for my daughters and this is the first I’ve ever dealt with this level of disrespect from a desk girl.

Had an appointment scheduled for 5:35, arrived at 5:20, was seen at 7. Very expensive appointment, I could have gotten the same service at CVS clinic for half the price.

While visiting my sister in Santee I accidentally cut my index finger with gardening sheers. Urgent care was convenient because it was 5 minutes away from my sister’s house. Check-in was quick and easy and wait time to see a doctor wasn’t as long as I thought it would be considering it is an urgent care facility.  Staff and the treating doctor were polite, efficient and professional.

I told Dr. Danishwar I was having earache, she only check my ears, nothing else. She said it was all congestion. She saw me for less than 5 minutes I was out of the clinic  in less than 8 minutes. It was a bad service. I don’t recommend this place.

From check in time, to seeing a doctor, to having meds in hand was all done in under an hour. I have never experienced such a quick visit to urgent care before. I will totally come back here again.
