I don’t appreciate booking an appointment for 10am and then being seen an hour later. There’s no point of having an appointment system if it’s not going to be followed. Anything after 15 minutes of waiting is ridiculous and inconsiderate of time, especially for folks that are not walk in’s.

I scheduled an appointment for a work physical, blood work, and drug test 24 hours in advance. Arrived 10 mins before my appointment and place was empty… Still wasn’t seen at all for 1.5 hours and given no explanation or apology for delays. The tech was beyond rude to me. Also wanted to check my blood pressure with a huge cuff. I kindly asked if she would use the other cuff. She refused and said it was fine. I had to tell her I’m a registered nurse and I’ve been taking blood pressures for 26 years. If you don’t use the appropriate size cuff, you get inaccurate readings. Offered to explain to her how to check for the right size and she ignored me and walked out. Never ever ever would I go there for ANYTHING!

I suspected I had a sinus infection so I visited afc urgent care and was seen very quickly. A nurse checked my vitals, then the doctor came to examine me and diagnosed a sinus infection and prescribed an antibiotic. Staff was friendly and professional.

Cut tip of finger while prepping vegetables. Not sure if stitches were needed so went to local afc. Was seen by Alexandra Silvonic right away who was very pleasant and thorough. She cleaned wound and after examining it said it would only need skin glue and an updated tetanus shot. This was my 3rd visit to this afc and was once again very satisfied with staff and treatment.
