I needed some drug screening which was great. Reasonably priced without insurance too.  The process was inexpensive, quick and easy. The nurse Rhonda was amazingly sweet and kind. She did her job professionally and punctually. The girls at the front desk, specifically Emma, were amazing! Would highly recommend for service to be seen here.

I had a sleepless night with terrible cough. Felt miserable, googled urgent care, made an appointment without difficulty. Arrived on time and was greeted with a smiling receptionist. Called back by medical personnel. Then the doctor came in ask questions and listened to my lungs, then ordered chest x-ray and nebulizer treatment which I badly needed. All the staff were professional and kind. My meds were called in to pharmacy and they were ready for me when I arrived. I am appreciative and thankful for the staff. The x-Ray lady was also wonderful. I would recommend this Urgent Care facility to family and friends. Very effecient!!!!

i am from South Carolina and was on vacation when i began not feeling well. The PA and nurses were so nice and understanding.  I will say that a lady before me was fussing about booking online and not getting seen at that time but it clearly states that your check in time starts your space in line.  I would recommend them 100%

Doctor had great bedside manner and got us in and out efficiently

Five stars, and honestly they earned every one of them. We were traveling and needed care for our daughter, which is never how you want to spend part of a trip. From the moment we walked in, everyone we dealt with — front desk, nursing staff, and the practitioner — was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. That combination is rarer than it should be. The practitioner who saw our daughter was especially good. She was courteous, actually listened to what we were telling her instead of rushing to a conclusion, and gave us clear, sensible advice along with the help we needed. The wait time was essentially nothing, which deserves real emphasis. This was a holiday weekend, and other clinics in the area were quoting over 90 minutes. We were in and out quickly with the problem solved. One more practical bonus: there's a CVS directly across the street, so we had the prescription filled and were on our way within minutes of leaving. When you're away from home with a sick kid, that kind of convenience matters more than you'd think. If you're visiting the area and need urgent care, this is where you should go. Thank you to the whole team.

Very good pre registration but I’m still a little tech ignorant. Very nice staff and care.

Went in with uti kidney infection symptoms. I was seen promptly and the doctor was wonderful. She listened and was caring and wonderful bedside manner. Very helpful. Put me on antibiotics to mitigate any possible infection while lab results come back. Its next day and im already starting to feel a bit better. Thank you so much!
