I was told by the on call doctor to go to urgent care.  I walked in and was seen soon after. Everyone I deal with was friendly, professional and caring. My first experience at an urgent care center.

Only person in waiting room, no wait time and was taken back as soon as I completed registration. All staff was super friendly and attentive. My provider, in particular, went above and beyond. She really took her time with me. I literally cried because she was such a caring, helpful, devoted practitioner, which I never find anymore.

Came in with my son Friday evening around 5:30.  My son had a sore throat. The receptionist at the front desk was fantastic!  I forget her name and our nurse that brought us back was amazing as well!  Dr. Bassi was excellent and very funny! If we’re in the area again and my son doesn’t feel well we will definitely return!

I thought that the wait between the time I was brought back to the examining room and  when I saw the doctor was too long. The motion lights went out at least 4 times during my wait. The first time I was not sure what happened until I waved.  The doctor was good, she listened and discussed my condition.

Really great experience from start to finish! Everyone was so nice and helpful, from the receptionist to the medical assistant and nurse practitioner. The NP was great and really took the time to listen. Everyone was awesome. I would definitely recommend this AFC Southampton Urgent Care.

Receptionist helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. No wait, was seen immediately. Nurse was compassionate, friendly and professional. Nurse practitioner listened, was compassionate and answered all my questions. Diagnosed immediately and explained my condition and how to handle it. They went out of their way to help explain how to receive a refund because I had just moved and didn’t have my Medicare card. Great experience. Highly recommend recommend this facility.

Scheduling was easy, check I fast, staff was super friendly and the care was awesome!!

Woke yesterday morning with the start of a UTI. Urologist office didn’t call back. Called this morning, told me to go to Labcorp to leave a urine sample, went 2 different times; the office failed to send a script. Primary doctor not in today; no one could help me. So I came to Urgent Care and everyone was so nice and comforting!  Especially Miriam and Tia!! If ever I need to go to an Urgent Care that will definitely be my place to go!! Thanks to everyone there!!

James, a gentleman on your staff, was especially helpful when I was checking in at your front desk. I would recommend this practice to those in need of urgent care when their primary doctors don’t have time left in their schedule to see an existing patient.

The care there was excellent ! The Pa explained everything completely to me ! Waiting for results from test taken . I am ok ! But I was overall very impressed with everything ! Will recommend this urgent care to family and friends !
