Everyone was great besides the check in clerk. When we first showed up she didn’t smile, she looked at me and my daughter as if we had inconvenienced her for walking in.  Then with a bland voice asked what she could help with. I let her know I had an appointment and she did take us back immediately. There was no one else in the waiting area so that was awesome! The other ladies were amazing! Then when we went to check out we were instructed to wait for a Dr. note in the lobby then she walk out of no where to her desk and asked us if we were waiting for something or are we just done in the nastiest tone as if once again we had inconvenienced her once more. I let her know I was waiting for a Dr’s note and prescription. She said well the prescription will be at the pharmacy not here and I said I’m also waiting for a Dr’s note otherwise I wouldn’t be waiting and sitting still. She did leave to get those items and it wasn’t until she gave me the Dr.’s note that another employee was like right next to her and she says. Here’s your note love or darling with a condescending tone like she hadn’t just been rude for no reason! Like I said before everyone else was great.

The only thing I got to complain about is that I needed a chest x-ray and they didn’t have an x-ray tech which on the door. It says that they do x-rays, so I had to come back about six hours later to get it done. I still haven’t gotten the results and that was done on Tuesday.

Neded a physical and TB test for new employment. After brief registration I was seen immediately. The staff was knowledgeable and empathetic, providing answers to all my questions.

Was feeling very sick , but the staff got me in right away took care of me made me feel very comfortable and listened to everything i had to say. I will continue going back. Dr. Julio is a great doctor! I will recommend this provider.

Yes I scheduled appt. Online when i could get  there. Very friendly and helpful with a smile. In and out under 30 mins.  Got my meds as needed within the hr. As promised. Very convenient and happy with the process. Will be back when needed.😀

Staff were amazing, going through a difficult time in my life and they were very understanding and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody who needs care from a provider that actually understands and wants to help.
