Front desk Receptionist was somewhat condescending ! Not the personality for a front desk , Needed to be pacific why I wanted to see the Nurse Practitioner, as I had a list of symptoms going on!!! Nurse Practitioner that treated me had excellent bedside manner and Nurse did EKG also very pleasant !!

Woke up feeling awful. Made an appt with Urgent care for 8am and got in within 20 min! I love this urgent care and that’s the longest I’ve ever waited!! The staff is so efficient…Thank you Shayla!! I wish this clinic would consider a permanent practice as I would love to use this staff for Primary Care!!

I got a new kitten, got scratched and it got infected. I am diabetic so off to urgent care I go.  AFC has helped me with coughs and ear aches .  I don’t think I am a regular but I am glad they are there. They are open after work and they are close to my house.  NP Laura was great , she was relatable and knew what I needed .  I got in and out in under 20 minutes.  Thank you. 💚

The staff was very helpful with everything I came in for and any questions concerning my visit. I was in and out within an hour of coming in and had a prescription ready within 30mins of the pharmacy opening after they sent the script over.

I had an appointment and still waited 70 minutes to be seen. I will not return fire this reason. The provider was apologetic but I do not see a point in having an appointment if you still have to wait over an hour. There was only one other patient waiting in the waiting room.
