Ekg machine was not wirking.  Wound ip having to go to the ER instead

Waited almost an hour with a child coughing non-stop. Practitioner did a thorough exam and recommended children mucinex and return to school next day. We were told RX for mucinex will be sent to preferred pharmacy (confirmed address). She said RX may lower the price of the over the counter medicine. Pharmacy had no record of this 30 minutes later.  Kid woke up the next morning worse than the day of visit and was supposed to go to school that day. Drove to school to consult school nurse and were told he can ABSOLUTELY NOT STAY in school like this. Off to a different clinic today.

Same Day booking online. Staff was great! Medications prescribed to my local pharmacy.

They did a great job with my cat bite. Better than my PCP!  Wait time fine. Out in an hour.

Scheduling online was a breeze and I was able to get an appointment right away so I clicked the time I could be there , then drove down to the clinic. Having previously been to a different AFC location, all my insurance and health history data was already in the system and I only needed to confirm it was all correct. There were a couple walk-ins waiting who had already checked in so I waited a bit past my appointment time but the wait seemed reasonable. The front desk and medical staff were friendly and efficient.

I have been feeling sick with a bad cough and not getting any better. Made an appointment in the morning to be seen. Was seen right away was tested for Covid and flu ended up with a viral infection. Still feeling pretty lousy today but hopefully the prednisone will kick in. My cough is still very bad. Every one was very helpful

The lady at the front desk was very rude. Not only to me, as I witnessed her being rude with two other patients that tried to get care. I was only there for a pre-employment drug screen, but the other's that came in were sick and injured and needed medical attention and she argued with them about the care needed and eventually sent them both to other locations. It seemed odd to me that someone in healthcare would be so adamant about refusing care. Several times I heard her cuss and moan about her job behind the counter. She clearly did not want to be there. Once I was taken back for the screen, I realized the area they use to process the test was concerning. The nurse handled the urine specimen, which did not have a lid, and had urine on the outside of it, and then went about touching every surface in that room with the same urine covered gloves. Now perhaps there is a sanitization process between patients, but he touched so many places that it was concerning. The process as a whole was pretty efficient, and I was in and out quickly. However, given that this was my first experience with AFC Urgent Care, I won't be returning.

Scheduling the appointment was super easy, as was the check-in process. The wait time was the only drawback from my experience. I booked an appointment online for 11 a.m. and wasn't seen until almost 11:45. This seemed a bit excessive, given the booked appointment. That said everything else was great. Highly recommend and will be back if the need arises.

I made an appt. arrived prior to my time. Person at desk said I didn’t have an appointment. I filled out the registration. There was no one in the lobby. After 20 minutes we were called in. After triage we were put in an exam room. After 45 minutes I stepped out and asked why the wait. Again there was no one in the lobby or exam area. After I complained a physician assistant came within 5 minutes.  On the way home my wife called and the office called and ask why we didn’t make our appointment.  This is the same treatment the last time we were there.  I will never use this office again.
