Staff was super nice and the doctor was very thorough and understanding. The wait time to get into an exam room wasn’t bad but once in the exam room we waited for a long time. The MA did come into ask if we needed anything and said sorry for the wait but she was the next patient.

I injured my hand in a minor garage incident and went to this facility for care. The check in process was quick and easy, the friendly receptionist checked us in and shared the app - very simple registration. The nurse was friendly and caring, with great bedside manner. The physician assistant gave great attention and advice. She had a great personality and was very efficient and I left feeling like the team cared.  I would highly recommend this facility if you are in need of care.

Was dealing with stopped up ears along with pressure in ears. Walked into the AFC facility and received immediate service. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The nurse practitioner was caring and listened to my concerns. Would definitely return to this urgent care facility if the need arises.
