I came to this facility because they had several available appointments; however, that quickly changed. All staff was welcoming and friendly.There was a longer wait since there was only one provider. The doctor apologized for the wait. She did a AWESOME JOB assisting everyone with a smile! She certainly got me feeling BETTER and on the path to recovery!

Wanted to address several health concerns,  “URGENT” Care didn’t address any of them.  The recommendation of going to the emergency room defeated the purpose of “URGENT” care visit. Shingles-was not addressed Swollen glands - was not addressed  Asthma- not addressed in 99 degree weather  Hopefully charging my insurance is also not  URGENT, due to receiving a recommendation ONLY!!! I would NOT recommend this particular urgent care facility, spend the $200 dollar plus at the emergency room and take away from a real emergency.

This is a very efficient, prompt and personable office. Also very good location in the College Drive / University Blvd. area. I scheduled online early in the morning. Much better than having to wait till opening time and make a call for an appointment.
