AFC Urgent Care, Sugar Land

I love coming to this location. Medical staff is always so friendly and helpful. The wait time is extremely fast. I did only give 4 stars for staff friendliness only because the front desk receptionist wasn't exceptionally friendly. She wasn't rude, just not as accommodating in my opinion. Still, this is by far the best location for moderate medical care and highly recommend.

Had a sinus infection.  Was feeling bad.  But Dr. Allsopp > Heaven

My 88 yr old mother had an appointment for back pain at 1:15. We were not seen by a doctor until over an hour later. She was in pain in an uncomfortable chair for that long time. Otherwise our visit was satisfactory. The doctor seemed very good & identified her issue quickly.

From scheduling to check-in to staff professionalism and kindness, I give this clinic a 10/10! Great patient services skills. The nurse practitioner was very attentive and informative. My daughter had a bad sore throat and was diagnosed with strep throat after some swabs to test for the infection. Once diagnosed, the NP took her time to explain the bacteria and how to manage her diet while on the antibiotics. We were in by 8:30am and out a little after 9am. Quick yet efficient visit! Would recommend this clinic always!

Woke up in the morning knowing I needed to see a doctor after the night before. I called the clinic and was told to come in. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly, and the online intake form was quick and simple to complete. Within less than five minutes, I was taken to an exam room. The medical assistant was friendly, took my medical history, and checked my vitals. Sarah, the NP, then examined me and showed genuine concern for my health. She listened to my situation, explained the plan clearly, and made me feel well cared for. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, efficient service, and genuine concern for patients. Highly recommend this clinic!

I have a red eye and very uncomfortable. I have no problem checking in. But I have to leave because my insurance card couldn’t be pull up in the system. I uploaded two bluecross blueshield insurance card one for me and one for my wife. My son was seen there before and my wife’s insurance is in the file. And so I left the building. Later I got a text message “Found it come inside.”

I was there for my TB test ,It took about 30minitues for my paperwork and test .so friendly and very helpful.

Lacerated my finger. The care I had was AMAZING. I felt so at ease and everyone was so friendly and calming! Thank you all so very much ❤️❤️❤️
