They listened closely to all my symptoms, and made sure to get an answer before my appointment was done. I highly recommend!

We have been coming to this location for quite a while now, but this time was not a good experience when we arrived. The door was unlocked, but there were no office staff to check anyone in - the only person there was a nurse practitioner who seemed highly irritated that the office staff was not there and would not check anyone in because it was not her job. She was very agitated and it made us feel uncomfortable.  We ended up scheduling an appointment elsewhere in the waiting room because in that time frame no one had arrived. They were blaming a scheduling/communication error. I had to have my sick six-year-old driving around town at 8 AM on a Sunday morning trying to find care. Needless to say it was not a great experience. These things happen, but none of this was handled in a professional manner, which is awful considering it was in front of a child.

Had the best experience! There was no wait and I was listened to. Everyone was engaging, personable and caring. I came in for a strain from a workout that I did and was in so much pain. I'm feeling great today thanks to AFC. I would definitely come back for future care. Thanks staff!!

Last minute appointment scheduling was available. Staff genuinely cared. In an out appointment with no wait time. I received three examination to determine my illness. I was scared at first waiting for my diagnosis but the staff made me feel better at the end of my appointment. Thanks to all the staff and keep the good work! I would recommend this provider to all.

I had an allergic reaction that was spreading throughout my body. The NP did not even look at my skin, did not ask any questions, she told me my blood pressure was too high to give me anything. She didn’t address the issue or made any comment or recommendations about it either. She gave me an otc allergy pill and prescribed a cream. I went to my Dr today, she stated my high blood pressure didn’t impede the NP from giving treatment for the allergies. I’ve been to this location before and had the best treatment for my son. I was very disappointed this time.

They said test were negative. However I had Covid and Flu type A. Had to go to another Urgent Care. Would normally recommend

The staff and doctor were top tier! They took the time to explain everything and help me understand how to get some relief.   Big shout out to the doctor, her bedside manner was straight forward and easy to understand.  She was very good at her job.   Same for the gentleman at the front desk that took my vitals and xray.   I highly recommend this location and more importantly these two awesome people.

Scheduled online and was very easy. Staff was excellent so kind and helpful. Great attitude and personality.   Wait time was about 40 minutes though. One thing that tells me is the doctor is taking time with her patients, not running through. Which even though we have to wait a little bit, I’m happier to see them spending time with the patients as they need.

Doc had pre-diagnosed me without a through checkup, claiming viral. I had to ask them to check my ears, they never checked my throat…seemed understaffed and just trying to get through the day.

No wait time. Excellent care. Pleasant experience with the Dr and checking at the reception
