Was told they accept my insurance, but my insurance was not going through. I had to call my insurance to verify that my insurance was working, which they confirmed. The office staff was not helpful, they did not confirm my insurance prior to my appointment nor did they attempt to help me because their computer system was not working. In the past I’ve never had to confirm my insurance on my own. They told me I could pay $150 cash to be seen…
