Worst urgent care experience in my life. NP was absolutely terrible. Heard her talking to office staff about me while I was in the room. Will never come back. Never had any experience like this.

Quick and to the point! Staff was thorough and made sure everything made sense. Will definitely be back in the future if I need help.

Scheduling of appointment was super easy. Ray who did intake and vitals was really friendly.  ( would give him 5 stars) Dr who saw me obviously didn’t want to be there, she had a terrible bedside manner. ( she would get 1 star) Did not ask my symptoms, when I shared them she was dismissive, listened to my lungs, then said she was ordering prescriptions, left room, came back and handed me a stack of papers. No “do you have any questions”, no “ Hope you feel better”. Just handed the paper and walked away.  I have been to this facility before and the other Dr’s or PA’s I’ve seen here were not like this.

Had a sore throat and coughing for 2 days. I was able to schedule quickly an appointment. The care was not at the expected level. They checked me only for strep but I had to ask for a covid test, checking my glands and looking into my throat. They did not really spend the time to explain the prescription, they just gave me the papers for me to read.

Went in at 8am with an infected insect bite. Checked in, filled out the paperwork, and paid my deductible. Then I’m told the provider didn’t show up for work. Hung around hoping they’d be along soon. Was taken back to a room for my vitals check, etc. Waited until 9am to be told no provider would arrive until 2pm. So an hour wasted and five hours of waiting at home. Everything else was great.

Called before we went and was pleased with how helpful they were on the phone. When we got there we were seen immediately. Explained the situation and they went into action. We were so impressed how easy it was and that we received the answers we were looking for. Everything was explained with clarity and all questions were answered. I would highly recommend them.

Called yesterday morning and staff was great in assisting me with an appointment, billing services and listening to what problem I was having. When I arrived the staff was courteous and fast. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The doctor on duty was very helpful and listened to my concerns. She advised on the health diagnosis and made a decision on the best care to take care of the problem. Thank you for all of your assistance on professionalism.

In and out in less than 30 min. Exactly what I needed.
