AFC Urgent Care, Thornton

I was able to be seen right away today. Alex PA, was helpful and pleasant, and took care of what I needed right away. His Medical Assistant, Megan was pleasant and helpful, and thorough. The young lady at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and efficient. I appreciated all their help, as I do each time I visit AFC Urgent Care. I highly recommend them.

Provider took very long! Once she was in the room, everything felt very rushed even the exam. Melanie was in the room for about 2 minutes, I couldn't even think about any questions because I felt like I was being rushed out. I'm assuming the bill will be high which seems very unfair! When I received my discharge ppw, I was sent the wrong form. I had to call office to get the correct ppw. This is the first time I have been very disappointed. All of my other visits there have been positive.

The over all experience was great - the wait to be seen was a tad to long - but unfortunately there was a emergency- I understand the wait

I was seen on Saturday early afternoon. I had a severe rash from an allergic reaction to the skin glue from my surgery last Tuesday. I was told there wasn’t much they could do. They changed my antibiotics hoping it might help and tried some topical lidocaine to see if it would help. Then they told me to call my surgeon on Monday and have him look at it. I can’t believe an entire emergency department wouldn’t/couldn’t help me on a Saturday. Since when can a single surgeon be the only person that assist me with pain management, but only during their normal hours? Ridiculous

The whole team was so kind, patient, and accommodating! They got me in right before closing and never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I was in and out quickly with answers and the medication I needed. I’m so grateful for the great care, especially so late in the day. Highly recommend!

Had some symptoms of productive cough and eye irritation. Called my regular Dr.  was informed that they no longer take same day appointments. They could get me in in 2 weeks!  Found AFC on a google search. Liked the reviews.  Took a chance and just showed up. Glad that I did. Easy sign in. All staff was friendly and helpful. Got right in Alicia took extra good care of me and had me in my way with her diagnosis and prescriptions in no time. WILL COME AGAIN! Definitely would recommend this provider.

The staff here was really cool, super friendly, super supportive. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. They really put me at ease. They solved my issue. Getting in and out was a breeze in terms of scheduling and paperwork

It was exactly what I was looking for. A very clean place with very nice people. They are very educated you can tell they answered every question I asked. They did an x-ray of my chest and orded medicines and I was out the door in no time at all. Thank you very much if I need help again I will come back. I'm so happy I found such a great place I can trust with my health
