Excellent customer service , staff and doctors are very attentive, quick and efficient.

I needed to get an employee drug test done for my first day of work. That option was not available in the online scheduling option, so I had to choose illness. When I got there at 5:15, I was told that they stopped doing that test at 5pm, but that was nowhere on the website or the scheduling site. So I made another appointment for the next morning, today, and I had to sit there and wait for an hour. I asked twice if they could just allow me to do the test and they told me that it wasn’t a quick thing at all. I assumed, being my first time doing this test, that I really didn’t know what it entailed. And the two ladies at the Front Desk, who were just sitting there for most of the time on their phones, Ended up being the ones doing the test. I don’t know why they didn’t take me sooner specially since I had an appointment. And it really was not that complicated. It was overall I really bad experience.

I had an eye irritation/infection and made the appointment for about 1 PM when I woke up in the morning and it was super itchy. I was in and out within about 45 minutes, which is amazing for an urgent care. Each person was friendly and efficient. The practitioner listened to me when I indicated how itchy it was and that I could see it from the side of my eye that was really annoying me, so she ended up giving me a prescription ointment instead of over-the-counter stuff that she initially suggested. I very much appreciated that she started "low" but then really listen to me and changed her treatment approach. She was very nice. Paying $50 for my co-pay versus 25 at my primary where I would have to have driven 20 minutes instead of five minutes and I would have had to take whatever appointment they could give me… Well worth the extra $25.

Scheduling was easy, checking in was quick. The staff were very friendly. And she was well taken care of.

Had to take a TB test and they got me settled right away after filling in some paperwork since it was my first time there. The staff are super kind and understanding same with the women who worked with me to give me my TB test! Great service overall. :)

Looked online for an urgent care in the area that sees children and who takes medi-cal insurance so I could take my 3 yo daughter who had been feeling sick. I arrived and was greeted and asked for reason of my visit. Everything went smoothly after that. Everyone there was so patient with my daughters and I. Would recommend 100%

Every single employee at your Torrance Location were amazingly nice, knowledgeable and professional!   I received quality care and even had a few laughs with them.  This is the third time I've been to this location and great employees and quality care seem to be quite consistent which is rare these days.  Thank you for raising the bar back up!!!

Rude. And costly $60 just to volunteer in schools. I’m happy to get into the specifics but the whole thing just feels like a scam and the quality of care is better at 7-Eleven. Honestly. So rude in there.
