AFC Urgent Care, Union City

Woke up feeling terrible so I came to get checked out. Some of the most friendliest staff and nurse and provider. I would recommend this place one hundred percent. I had to do a walk in and I didn’t wait long.

Excellent welcoming and helpful. Will highly recommend them.

Check in the lady told me that I was checked in and everybody was passing me through while I was waiting for more the 1:30 hr

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the care I received during my recent visit, for which I paid $140. The doctor who treated me was completely unfriendly, cold, and showed clear signs of displeasure upon learning that my primary language is Spanish. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a translator to be found. Most seriously, the doctor did not even bother to come near me or perform a physical visual examination of my skin, even though I came in for an active dermatological rash that has been spreading across my body for three weeks. She only asked a couple of questions from a distance and prescribed a cream without giving me any medical explanation of my issue or instructions for use. To top it off, the staff member who helped translate dismissed me with a mocking tone. I consider this service to be deficient, severely lacking in professionalism, empathy, and medical ethics, and discriminatory based on language. I demand that this report be reviewed by the clinic's management, as no patient deserves to pay for such a poor quality of service and receive humiliating treatment.

I woke up with left knee pain made an appointment with AFC very simple wen I got there got taken right away received a steroid shot after being examined and left I feel less pain already

Really helpful staff - very easy and convenient to schedule a visit and be seen by a doctor - would recommend it to anyone.

Visit and staff overall friendly and helpful . Great and fast visit! My insurance wasn’t going through so I had to pay out of pocket which I understood wasn’t the front desk persons fault she tried calling my insurance multiple times and I appreciate her help so much!  I was told to call the next day to speak to a manager so that once the system was back up I could get a refund . I’ve been calling a few times and it keeps saying your office is closed but when the automatic voice recording tells me the clinical hours it says you guys are open . It’s just a little inconvenient for me to have to go in person because I work overnights and so during the days I’m trying to catch up on things to get ready to go back to work at night and so having to go in person if i do have to go in makes thinks harder

I had to visit this urgent care center after having a work-related accident that seriously injured my finger. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The receptionist and medical assistant were both very patient and caring, and I especially want to recognize Dr. Angela, who took care of me. She was extremely professional, kind, and compassionate. She explained everything calmly and made me feel comfortable and at ease, even though I was injured and nervous. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism I received from the entire team. They made a difficult situation much easier with their excellent care and human approach. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me! ❤️

My daughter had ear pain due to a viral illness. I checked in online and registered and called. In person there might have been a miscommunication and ease in transition. I waited over 1 hour in the waiting room. Staff was professional and apologized for the waiting time.
