Not understanding why they say they can do STD testing and I make an appointment for STD testing to be told that they only do urine testing for STDs even though they have a lab on site and a person to draw blood. They tell you they can only do urine so then I get to the doctor. The doctor says oh let me check to see if she can do it and then he goes to see if the person in the lab will take my blood and then comes back and says no, she won’t do it and so I get to leave without having an STD test terrible

There's no sense in scheduling an appointment because they still take you in the order you arrive. I got there at 820am for a 830am appointment I didn't get called back until 940am. The front office staff are just ok, not friendly. The nurse that I saw first said on my discharge paper that my temperature was 97.6 but he never took my temperature! Otherwise everything was ok.

I registered on line. The earliest appointment on line was 9:00. I thought I was going to be first. I did not know walk ins were starting at 8:00. If I knew that, I would have been there at 8:00. When I got there I was surprised that people were ahead of me. However I was impressed with the staff and the outcome.

I WAS MISDIAGNOSED DUE TO WHAT SEEMED TO BE A LET'S GET THEM IN AND OUT MENTALLITY AND GIVE A PRESCRIPTION FOR A MED THAT WOULDNT CURE WHAT I DID HAVE. THEY DID NO BLOOD WORK A UA THAT I CAN'T FIND ON ANY LAB SITE. ENDED UP IN THE ER JUST 2 DAYS LATER FULL WORK UP BLOOD WORK AND THAT LED TO CTSCAN AND PROPER DIAGNOSIS WITH PROPER PRESCRIPTION. INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HURRY UP AND GET THEM OUT MAYBE THEY SHOULD TRY TO ACTUALLY CARE FOR THE PATIENTS. AND DO ALL THE RIGHT THINGS WITH NO SHORT CUTS... AND THIS IS COMING FROM A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL OF 30 YRS. AND NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR RETURN TO THIS PROVIDER

My son and I had an amazing experience here. Front desk was friendly! Our doctor was great, friendly, thorough, empathetic, and sent us home with a great health plan. Would highly recommend this urgent care.

I had a good experience. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Brandon was helpful and friendly.

I had a bit of an embarrassing issue and the staff were so kind. They got me in and out quickly and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all.

This is my second time coming to this facility and it is always a wonderful experience.As the staff is kind and courteous and I appreciate that. I made an appointment at 1 o'clock.I didn't get back there until almost 130.So other than the thirty minute , wait , everything else was great.

Great experience. Everyone was very nice, wait time was not long at all and Dr. Brandon was amazing!
