I was never seen because I walked out first. Front desk was trying to charge me based on deductible. My health insurance covers urgent care visits with a COPAY. Deductible DOES NOT APPLY. I don't know who they are trying to scam but it's not going to be me. I even double checked my coverage to make sure. I know it doesn't matter, but I'll never go back to this place.

Reserved a time slot during the night when my illness presented.  Pre-registered online, so paperwork was minimal on arrival. Was seen quickly and left with a treatment.  Very satisfactory.    Also a plus:  face masks are available on entry because it is cold/flu/ covid season again.
