Great care from the first step to last step through the door

Had a cough and sinus headache for about 10 days when I realized I was not improving using multiple OTC medications. I made an appointment and went to the Urgent Care. Turns out that they were not in network with my insurance but that was not the facility’s fault. I paid cash for the visit and waited approximately 20 mins after my appointment time. Did the initial vital check and was led to a room where I waited another 20 minutes to be examined. I was prescribed medication to help which was sent to my pharmacy and I was able to collect an hour later. 24 hours later I feel better still not great but believe that the additional medication will help

We do not typically have to make Urgent Care visits and do not take the decision to do so lightly, but this location was close and we were optimistic about the level of care. The check-in person was a bit snarky. The rest of the staff was pleasant although my mother was assessed by a nurse practitioner, who did not introduce herself,  and we never saw a doctor. They simply recommended she be taken to the ER. The ER Triage Nurse did not even have the confidence to  review AFC’s discharge notes. After asking if they helped at all, we confirmed that they took vitals and a limited assessment. The ER Nurse said they were a rip off. We understand that AFC and Urgent Cares in general have limited capabilities, but another experience we had at Cooper Urgent Care was a much better one. This was disappointing.

Amazing and caring staff that made a hard visit a lot easier. Shoutout to Kara, Sheryl, and the tall man whose name I didn’t catch.

Have not been feeling well for 3 weeks my daughter made an appointment for me and was able to be seen within a half hour. Check in was a breeze staff very polite,friendly and caring was out in less than 45 minutes.

Woke up this morning with some irritation in my eye, was able to get an appointment online get seen and come home or within an hour. Everyone was great and we’ll go back.

I prefer going to this urgent care facility because they are friendly and professional. Wait time is not long.

Best urgent care !!!! I go no where else!!!!  Drs are awesome staff is awesome always great care and always available for help if you need to call with questions or concerns!!!!

Had a lot of severe allergy symptoms, so bad I thought I might have  Covid. Very easy picked an appointment on line. Walked in took me right away. Had very friendly nurses and dr.  Tested positive for Covid. Got allergy meds not Covid meds. Feeling pretty good 4 days later, with great meds subscribed by the doctor.  We alway go to this AFC!
