Watertown urgent care - today a Young guy met me outside and asked me questions about symptoms for patient safety. Girl with glasses was cleaning the waiting room chairs and wiping down surfaces ! Nurse was knowledgeable and swift. Doctor was a very nice woman who made sure all my questions were answered. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend !!

0 STARS !!!!!!! The people that I have interacted with at the front desk are the most incompetent people I have ever encountered in my life. Being nice only when they want us to delete a bad review. Then making sure our calls aren’t answered. Since the beginning we had issues with them. First visit went OK, after listening how the front desk lady was rude and had an attitude because we filled out our registration forms before coming in and didn’t show in their system by the time we got to the clinic. She acted like it was our fault. We went and after waiting almost 3 hrs and finally got tested. Second time same issue, but I came to get a bill from AF Urgent care after they decided to put down the wrong Insurance (I gave my insurance card to front desk person physically to put in the system) Well I fixed that. The third and list time was just a few days ago, went in, no trouble got tested. Minimal interaction with front desk. And then a few days later I got my results. But my husband didn’t. So he called AF urgent care to see if they could see his results. Every time he called they decided to put him on hold for hours. Or not even answer the phone. Which it seemed odd. I then called from MY own personal phone and they answered!!!! (While my husband was still on hold!!!!) I had my husband ask them about his results and they had no idea. He called then again a few hours later and they had him on hold for hours again. He left a review and THEY finally decided to CALL HIM. They asked to get the review deleted or edited. Then today he got a bill from AF urgent care BECAUSE AGAIN THEY PUT THE WROGN INSURANCE INFORMATION he called both Af urgent care and the billing number on the paper and no one answered. he keeps caring AF urgent care and they Don’t answer his call at all. I called from my phone number, a girl ANSWERED and as soon as I asked a question she hung up on me! We work retail! We understand how frustrating it is to deal with customer at this time. But there’s no need to act like this. I will make sure I put this review in every single place I can leave a review in for this place. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
