Everyone was kind, and I felt heard and cared for!

I wish I had known ahead of time that X-rays were not available. It meant after a pretty lengthy wait, I had to go to another location for follow-up. Having said that, I appreciated the professionalism of staff, care and empathy that anyone who is not at their best can appreciate. The wait time was longer than I expected: 1 hour and then another 30 minutes before actually seeing someone to address my complaint. I'm told that this is relatively short but that just means that overall the Urgent Care business is under serving its clientele.

Was feeling so sick the night before and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Came in due to an illness, but after no updates for 5 days I had to call them to learn that the test sample they took had opened and was unable to be used so no tests were run to determine if antibiotics were needed.  Then had to wait behind a waitlist of 4 people to be re-seen because after not getting treatment for 5 days my sinus infection now had additional symptoms so it didn’t count as the same thing

I forget their names (so sorry) but the medical assistant and PA (I think she was a PA, not sure) that I saw were so friendly and great! they cared a lot and talked to me, didn't rush, and answered all of my questions. the wait wasn't too bad either. best urgent care experience that ive had!

Good efficient treatment of a thumb laceration requiring sutures. A few days in and no swelling or pain!

Check in was simple because I had provided a lot of information online to register.

Every doc I've ever met there was nice. Every receptionist I've ever met there was rude and dismissive. Sometimes asking questions that aren't their business. If you know an urgent care with the same quality in doctors and better receptionist go there.

I have an incredibly painful sore throat. Sent me home with nothing! The advice given I could have gotten from my grandmother for free! Salt gargle and Tylenol!!! Instead I’m waiting 5 days for results from a throat culture and still in incredible pain unable to eat, drink or swallow. They were friendly and efficient but not helpful.

I appreciate what was done & explained to me throughout my visit. Ms.Alsawy was great & answered all my questions for my concern, I truly appreciated everything thanks a lot!
