Extremely caring and thoughtful doctors on staff. I was recently seen by the same doctor twice in a few days and she helped me out with everything I needed, and got me out of there quick. Fantastic experience overall, glad you all moved into the neighborhood.  Would recommend to friends and family alike.

I took my 93yo mother in for a possible UTI. She has Alzheimer’s and the staff was so kind and gentle with her. Due to a development while we were there, the PA was concerned there may be a more serious issue. After her urinalysis came back negative, the PA was supportive of us moving over to WakeMed ER. I am always appreciative of providers that acknowledge her presence in the room and treat her with respect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in that area as well as the others.

I’ve been here a few times in the past 2 years and I’ve always gotten the same provider. She is FANTASTIC, and really takes the time to talk to you to see what’s going on and comes off as genuinely kind and caring. Even the med techs are great - the one I had today offered to give me a hug when I started to cry because of how terrible I felt, and offered to get me a drink, asked if there was anything she could do for me, etc. This is the only urgent care I will go to now because they set the bar so high.

This was the first time I used this location for medical attention. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The physicians assistant was very polite. Ask all the right questions helped with the medical history. And the doctor was extremely helpful and determining the best approach for what my medical issue was. Very satisfied with my visit to the location. Would recommend it to anyone who needed assistance
