Why would they let me schedule an appointment for 3:45 but not be able to see me until 4:15. Half an hour waiting. They said there was only one person back there. That’s fine, but don’t let me make an appointment if you can’t see me at the scheduled time.

Woke up in the morning with a sore swollen eye. Since it was a Saturday morning, my primary care physician was not in the office. I went online to AFC for scheduling and was able to get an appointment for the morning. I completed all the paperwork online and arrived for my appointment and was immediately taken in on time. The  check-in personnel and intake nurse were very professional and the PA that was assigned was very helpful with her exam and diagnosis.
