I was very please with the ease of scheduling an appointment and being seen by a Doctor.  The whole experience was fast and easy.

I needed care as I was in pain. I walk in. The staff in the front were not kind or polite until my husband walk in and they asked me if I had insurance their aptitude then change a little towards me. No empathy just the question, do you have a phone? Scan here.. the other one didn’t even look up. She just whisper to her coworker to ask me for insurance. They just assume I guess because of the way I looked. They didn’t think I would hear them or they didn’t care. Either way they need training.  On the other hand, the people inside from the medical assistant, the nurse practitioner and the X ray technician were very respectful and helpful. They were responsive and professional. Thanks to the 3 of them for being so kind.  I am not sure if I would go back to your location if your front desk staff behave so unprofessional.

Had a ear ache and went to the clinic and was in and out in a fairly reasonable time. It was a busy office, the staff was very friendly.

I needed a physical for my children, I called their office and there was a 3 month wait. I scheduled a visit; it was quick, easy, and our physician was amazing. Staff was helpful and patient. I would recommend this location.

Scheduling and getting in were fine but rushed through the exam and provider failed to give any explanation about course of treatment. Also, did not provide appropriate script and despite instructions to call if there are any changes in condition, I never received a call back.

I wasn’t feeling well while at work and decided to schedule an appointment online with AFC Urgent Care in West Chester. Scheduling was easy. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and was taken back to a room within 5 minutes of my arrival. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. I was out of there by my scheduled appointment time with a prescription being sent electronically to my chosen pharmacy. I would highly recommend this provider!

Scheduling was easy but then I did have to wait for everyone in the waiting room so I assume they were running slow or triaged others ahead of me, so it was difficult for me due to my problem and being uncomfortable. Check in went fine until one of the women said my secondary insurance was inactive, I told her that it wasn’t and she made me give a credit card to have on file. The other girl at the check in desk then looked it up again and found it was active like I had said, so that other woman may need more training on insurance checks. The staff was very nice and helpful and the care I received was wonderful as well. I would go back again if I needed help and would recommend this urgent care to my friends too.

Amy Valle was exceptional taking care of my two slightly lacerations on my fingers.  She was professional, caring and good at her job. Her bedside manner was above and beyond.  She made me feel comfortable and unconcerned about her skilled.  Bravo to Amy.  You need more like her. I would recommend her certainly.

Super great service. Friendly, funny and professional too. Thanks for taking great care of us and making sure that we had what we needed and giving us the time we needed.  We were seen within 5-10 minutes of the time we “booked”. Check-in was a breeze. No discharge paperwork is awesome. Now I get it over text. Love that.
