I was a walk in this morning. The sign in process was very straight forward. The wait time was minimal. The PA who took care of me was very nice and considerate of the pain my problem was going to cause during my treatment. She took care in administering the numbing agent. She explained just what I might feel. She also worked the issue, an infected carbuncle, to minimize pain. She was diligent in making sure the wound was clear. My experience will definitely have me recommending your facility to all my friends and family.

It was very easy to schedule. I picked this facility because the could do X-rays. The technician wasn’t there today though. I hav to go to Cincinnati orthopedics for X-rays. I wish there was something on the website so I would have known.

I didn’t know this location existed until today. I usually go to the location on Kingsgate Way because I thought that was the only urgent care in the area. I’m so glad it’s not. I will definitely be back to this location. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and the wait time was so fast. Quick, easy, in and out within half an hour. Definitely recommend.
