I took my daughter as a walk-in patient to have her 1 stitch removed. The ER missed the last stitch in her chin. There were only a few people waiting in the lobby and we were seen within 10 minutes. The check-in process was easy. The receptionist knew immediately how much the visit was going to cost. Everyone was friendly and supportive. The doctor was calm and patient with my daughter. Even the nurses came in to check on us. Thank you for the great experience.

I was not feeling well and was able to get an appt right away. I have many health issues and the PA listened and we went over the best way to treat me. Very nice and knowledgeable. I agreed with her recommendations and followed them. Only little issue was the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I would use AFC West Islip again if my Primary Dr. is unavailable.
