I came in for a cold. The clerk was very nice. The nurse was very caring and the PA took good care of me asked questions an listen to me. She checked me out, talked to me about what’s going on.  I didn’t have n’t to wait long. It also help that I did my paperwork online.  I am feeling better.

I'm feeling much better today, so I'm thrilled with my visit yesterday.

Everyone at the office was more than kind, helpful and caring. I can’t praise them enough. I will recommend your office to all my friends.

The nurse was impatient with my daughter who was hesitant about getting swabbed for strep throat. I understand them wanting to move quickly to clear the waiting room but to get frustrated and walk out threatening to tell the doctor she is being “uncooperative” is a bit much. The doctor came in and went right to examine my daughter without washing or sanitizing hands and looked offended when I asked her to. It wasn’t horrible but it could have been better.

Awful experience. I needed immediate care and the lady behind the window was terrible and rude. She said I had 2, 3 year past due balances (1 of which i have a receipt showing it was paid) and refused to call my network to verify my insurance. She said she didnt do that. I had to pay out of pocket. I called Optum to run insurance and now have to call back in 40 days after the information goes thru the network. Do better.

Check in staff was loud rude when entering lobby area  check in lady  ask why you here and wanted me to explain when there was a lobby full of ppl I stated I’m here to see a doctor she ask why .I question do this place follow hippa policy .Doctor and staff was amazing except check in lady ask.check in was very uncomfortable and I will never return to this urgent care again

Need more than one doctor. There was one doctor. He told me he can only see 3 patients at a time.. He is a blessing.

No point in scheduling an appointment wait time is 2+ hours

Dr Ben was totally awesome I have been going to my primary Dr for about a month and she still has not figured out what was wrong after feeling worse weekly  I decided to go to urgent care where I met Dr Ben right away him comforted me and check me throughly and found what was causing my symptoms his bedside manner made me feel better instantly also pointing me in the direction of better health Thank you Dr Ben feeling better now

Woke up Sunday morning with an infection from my tooth, right side of my face was swollen and hot to the touch. Was evaluated and then prescribed prescription. I have been here before and recommend this facility to anyone who asks.
