Came in for a physical and was stuck many many times for a blood draw and gave urine then dismissed as I received an email giving me a clean bill of health. No physical received. I will not return

First time patient. I was so impressed by everything. Felt heard and taken care of. Better than at my own doctor. Nurse practitioner Hannah is a jewel. I recommend this facility 100%.

I needed an x-ray done and the system allowed me to select the option when scheduling my appointment, but when I arrived the staff informed me that they do not have an X-ray technician on the weekends. They were extremely understanding of my frustration and wanting to have everything done during a single appointment. They allowed me time to decide if I wanted to keep my appointment and tried to help me find a radiology office that was open and could see me that day. The staff is wonderful, but I wish the system could be updated to reflect when the X-ray technician is available when scheduling

Came for a school physical and waited 100mins to be seen. After checking in on the tablet, we watched patients that walked in after us get called back. This happened for 30mins and then we spoke up. That’s when we were told that we check in using the link we got on our phone. Apparently, that is different from the check in tablet, the app is for walk in appt. Another 10-25mins for the text to come through, followed by another 30mins before we were called back. Had we not spoken up, the receptionist would not have noticed that we were there or attended to us for hours. Longest wait time for a 15-20min physical.

Ms. Bianca (Medical Assistant) provided excellent care and support throughout my office visit. Because of our outstanding Customerservice and Pleasant bedside Manor, I would definitely return to AFC for care in the future.

From beginning to end every one was friendly and communicated enough so I could understand how to treat my issues she was quick and professional I highly recommend her!!

I did not appreciate making an appointment for 8am. The doors not being unlocked until 8:15 and not being seen until after 9am. Being charged the full amount and not being provided a payment receipt. Definitely will not be returning. The office manager actually spoke to me about the Google review I explained why I left it. She didn't offer to make it right
