PA was pleasant and thorough! The woman at the front desk was also great.  We scheduled an appointment but still waited almost an hour. Defeats the purpose. I’m big on introductions so I know everyone’s name and role. The PA introduced herself but the MA and radiology did not. Not a negative just a personal preference. Suggest to put on closed captions for hard of hearing/deaf patients
