the nurse taking samples are not professional. for a kid patient, not able to getting the samples properly resulted in taking the bad samples to test. after telling the NP, the medical provider, the NP was very defensive in writing. the after visit report recorded things she didn’t say at all during the visit. totally failure. will tell other never visit and leave the comments on social media later. very disappointing

My symptoms were dismissed and I was basically told that antibiotics wouldn’t help. I know I have a sinus infection and everything you look up and everyone I talked to said if your face has pain and if you blow your nose and it’s green it’s an infection and only an antibiotic will cure it. I waited 4 days have been applying ice on the pain and taking sinus medication. Nothing has helped. I was made to feel like I was trying to get an antibiotic and get one over on the PA. I know I don’t have the flu or Covid. I know what I have and was given nothing. Waste of yime and money. I won’t be returning. I am currently in another office spending another $35 to get the antibiotics wasn’t given.
