After Hour Pediatrics, Urgent Care Clinic - Kids Only

Took my 3 years old son  Very attentive nurse and doctors  My visit was quick and efficient

Front staff was great, nurse Hema was great, Dr. Kniveton was great. All assisted in making the experience for our two grandkids go smoothly. A million thanks!

I love how we’re able to schedule via website and that they have many open time slots. When I went to check in, everyone was very friendly and had a positive attitude. The clinic is kid-friendly and clean especially during flu season, they provided masks, tissue, clean pens, hand sanitizer. Everything is organized

I would like to share some feedback about an unpleasant experience during my child’s visit yesterday.At the end of the visit, the staff usually gives children a small treat. I politely asked if I could have one extra lollipop for my daughter, but the nurse seemed very reluctant and told me that these were only for patients.I understand that there may be policies regarding these treats, but I found the way this was handled disappointing and unnecessarily rigid. It was just a small lollipop, not something expensive or significant. What bothered me most was not the refusal itself, but the attitude and the way it was communicated, which made both me and my child feel uncomfortable.I believe a pediatric healthcare environment should be welcoming, compassionate, and family-friendly. A little kindness and flexibility can go a long way, especially when dealing with children. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to help improve the experience for families in the future.

Overall appt went smoothly & staff were friendly. The only odd thing was that not one staff member pronounced first  name correctly. It’s a pretty straightforward name, not unique or foreign or difficult to pronounce. Simply need to look closely.. they instead mistook for another similar name. Using more caution is the key just like when needing to look closely at names of medicines!

Great availability, friendly staff and close location. We have visited this urgent care several times over the past few years. It is great to have a close location and easy to schedule care, especially for times when regular Doctors appt are unavailable.  Recommend this office 1000x’s over.
