I came in here with a fever, sore throat, a cough, and body aches. Their Covid screening is a farce. They asked me if I had been exposed to anyone who had been out of the country and didn't run a Covid test because I had not. Anyone with half a brain knows that you can now catch Covid from someone who has not traveled outside the country. The flu and strep tests came back negative. Wait time was at least an hour which I could have better utilized by staying home and drinking lots of green tea.

I wish 0 stars was an option because 1 star is too generous. I took a family member in with complaints of swollen lymph nodes, head ache and rectal bleeding. Provider checked his throat and determined it was tonsillitis. Provider did not assess rectal bleed. I realize it isn't pleasant but needs to be done as its part of your job in doing a thorough assessment. DO YOUR JOB. An antibiotic prescription was sent to CVS but the pharmacy had closed at 6pm. We asked for a note for work the following morning and were denied. How will anyone get better overnight without their antibiotic? Its not right. We should have received a complete assessment and a work excuse. Had to go another provider in Louisville today for treatment. I was a HCH RN for years and am embarrassed by all the poor reviews. You'd think current employees & management would care. Some one higher up needs to visit and get things straightened out here. Thanks!

I'm not the one who went in, but my sister. She was talked to as if she were stupid and the RN kept talking down to her and pointing out things that are "wrong" with her. My sister has been having some female issues and went in with severe pain. She ended up having a bad UTI, but her blood sugar was high as well. My sister is slightly bigger, and yes, she has worked on this. She had to get blood work done to see if she has gone diabetic and that stupid RN kept sending nurses in there to SMELL MY SISTER because diabetic people apparently smell of fruit. She also told my sister she was fat and said that bad eyesight is a sign of diabetes as well.... my sister has worn glasses SINCE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. This is ridiculous. I have no idea of the RN's name, but my brother-in-law is going to figure that one out and file a formal complaint. If you can not be compassionate and speak better to your patients, you have no RIGHT to be ANYTHING in the medical field!! If I knew her name I would blast it everywhere! She is non professional and has no business being a nurse. My sister was so upset by how she was treated she came out of there in tears!! UNACCEPTABLE!
