★★★7 hours ago Warning HORRIBLE SERVICE ⚠️ ⚠️ don't let them do this to you! I had a scheduled New Patient visit at the Alcona health Center Dental on 6-10-2022, because of reasons out of my control; my Lift scheduled driver did not pick me up, nor gave me a notice to them not getting me, led me to missing my appointment for the dentist office. Shortly after I called the AHC Dentist office leaving message after message to call me back, and to what happen of me missing my appointment, The "Lift" driver not picking me up that led me to missing my appointment. After 3 calls leaving message after message no calls back. Finally one call went through, I told the receptionist I wanted to talk to the Alcona health dentist Office Manager to talk about this and them not calling me back or answering my calls period. The Manager Never called me back either and leaving message after message for them also. NO REPLYS OR CALLS BACK TO ME. Nothing then on 6-13-2022 I received this letter : from the Alcona Health dentist office, no name who typed it to me: :word for word: "We are writing concerning your initial appointment as a new patient with Alcona Health Center Dental Services, Dental Oscoda, on 06-10-22, which you have missed without providing appropriate notice. Future appointments to establish as a new patient will not be scheduled." Regretfully, Alcona Health Center Dental Services. : Dental Oscoda 208 S State St Oscoda Mi 48750-1535 Phone number 989.739.7927 ------- They didn't even give me a chance before they screwed me over making me have to go to Barton City.. an hour or more from me. Let their Karma reap them
