My biggest issue was that the AllCare hotline is the most unreliable line to contact the onsite agents at the Rhode Island location. I called that hotline a number of 8 times prior to my visit and was constantly placed on hold and rerouted to nothing. I don't know if these circumstances are out of the front desk agents control but I did not express my frustrations to them because they are not the hotline operators; However, there is no REALIABLE way to actually speak to anyone at this facility. Wait time was very short, that's great. Check in with nurse went smooth. Doctor Aloyan was very attentive as a first impression but did forget to physically check me for one of my concerns. The visit was not long. Copay was relatively cheap. My specialist referral had some information that was inaccurate. details as such should be taken into account. I do hope that they improve on some of the details I have notated.

My review is for Solv Health not the clinic itself. Totally bogus booking process. The clinic had no record of my appointment and could not provide the services as booked. VERY DISAPPOINTED>.
