Very quick to get in. Scheduling super easy. Friendly staff!

It wasnt a long wait at first. I seen something on my other childs hand during my scheduled childs visit and just wanted to doctor to look at her hand really quick. I checked her in hut its like three people in the lobby also, so he refused to just check her hand while my pther child was already being seen. Which was ridiculous to be frank.

Everyone was attentive, explained throughout the visit and were nice! I haven't always had a good experience with urgent cares in general but this was such a good experience that I will come back to this location in the future.

The wait time was reasonable about 10 minutes. The quality of care is subpar in my opinion because the X-ray tech that took my vitals does not show any ounce of emotion or show that she cared about my illness. The Pa I saw was a little better and showed that she cared that I was sick, but my visit felt very rushed as I was in the room with her for only 5 minutes. I appreciate getting patients in and out as that is important for patient satisfaction, but there is a way to go about it where you check in with the patient at a few times in the visit asking if they had any other questions or concerns or other symptoms to bring up. Honestly there wasn’t much that went wrong technically I just wanted to feel seen, heard, and cared for. Plus when I called later to ask about a medication, whoever I spoke to on the phone sounded incredibly eager to end the conversation as soon as possible and would cut me off while I was asking a question and misinterpret what I was saying.

My daughter and I have been sick for a couple of days, and we haven’t been feeling well, so we went to urgent care. They were really fast, and the doctor was very friendly and professional. She took her time to explain the medications, the vitamins my daughter needed, and what we should do. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, it was a great experience!

Everyone in the office was super nice and very gentle with my injury.

So thankful for this place! When we can’t make pediatricians office hours, and are in need of care after hours, we do not hesitate and go to Alliance! Our PA was awesome and took the time to explain many things on what could have caused a certain infection. Thankful for you.
