Alliance Urgent Care, Virtual Visit

Sadly the wait time was almost 40 minutes past when I was told to join the call. I had to call into the office, then someone else called me to take my virtual payment before I could see the doctor. This was frustrating as I understand that things can get pushed back, but lack of communication was difficult. However my provider was lovely and helpful!

I have been sick for the past few days, fever, sinus pain, ear ache, migraine, it’s made it hard to even get out of bed. This virtual appointment made it to where I could see a physician and get the medication I needed all without leaving my house. I waited maybe 5 mins, the doctor was extremely nice and helpful and listened to all my concerns/symptoms and quickly knew what I needed to start feeling better. Thank you so much Alliance! I’ll definitely be coming back should I need anything in the future!

The scheduling was easy and so was check in. Great response time and very friendly doctor. Thank you for your assistance!

I was never seen, I stayed on the virtual call for over an hour and then it stated my call was complete.

The nurses visit wa a true Godsend.  She was so helpful and made an enormous difference

A sinus infection that won’t go away and you wake up Sunday morning and it’s even worse. 3 hours later I’ve seen a medical professional and in my way to the pharmacy. Awesome!
