AllKids Urgent Care, Stapley

This is the second time I’ve taken my child to All Kids Urgent Care and they sent me somewhere else because they either don’t have the proper equipment or the tech was off. It was only after my copay they told me to take my son to the ER for a head scan. All they did was look At him and asked me if I wanted them to clean him up from his bike injury. I mean seriously. Not only did I waste $50 but now I have a $425 ER bill. That even the dr felt bad they sent me there because they did nothing but said because distress was not seen in the first four hrs of the accident he is in the clear and just keep his wounds cleaned and bandage. Never again will I go to AllKids Urgent care. They should let people know what they can and can’t do before the limited services they provide

I was there for 2 hours. I'm normally pretty patient but I got to feeling pretty antsy while still waiting. The provider was great once I saw her but you guys need more staff or something. There were only 2 people ahead of me when I checked in.

Rushed in n out. Got told child had nothing/ was fine but clearly wasnt.

On Friday night had to take my little one in due to an injury , upon arriving I was informed at that location if needed they didn’t do stitches , but still suggested I saw the doctor . Upon seeing the doctor all I was informed was that my little one needed stitches and was discharged and was a complete waste of $200. Staff was friendly but upon asking for a possible refund since nothing was done they informed me it was not refundable at all

Took my daughter in, saw the Dr maybe less than 5 minutes. Brought up a rash and fever, lethargy, high bpm for heart and the doctor immediately prescribed a cream for diaper rash. I did not feel comfortable with how dismissive she was. I brought my daughter to the ER within the hour, and diagnosed with scarlet fever. She has strep. Thankful that I trusted my gut. Do better at listening to your patients

My daughter was complaining of a sore throat and she is prone to strep throat. I went on line and booked an appointment for that evening after I was done with work. Check in was easy. We got called to the back a couple minutes before her actual appointment time and we were out of there within 20 minutes. She did have strep.

After stopping at another urgent care that’s appointment only, we tried coming to AllKids as a walk in. Check in process was easy and we were seen quickly! The staff we interacted with were friendly. Only “downside” is that they gave me a paper prescription which added extra time to a pharmacy wait. If we can’t get an appointment at our normal urgent care in the future we’ll definitely be back!

My son had not been feeling well for a couple of days. His doctor didn't have any same day appointments. Booked online for when I got off work. Was there before the appointment time and was called back right away. Was home with medicine in a little over an hour. Waiting for the medication at my pharmacy took longer. I've used all kids before and I will use them again. That have definitely life saver when needed. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism
