It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment through their online portal. The doctor was friendly, straightforward, and got right to the treatment. However, my experience during the wait was disappointing. I waited about 40 minutes before seeing the doctor, while I did not see anyone waiting before us. After waiting that long, I politely checked with the front desk to make sure my check-in had been completed and everything was in order. Unfortunately, the receptionist was very blunt and unfriendly, almost as if she was annoyed that I asked. A little courtesy and reassurance would have gone a long way toward making the overall experience much better.

Scheduled appointment for 3:30, was seen at 4:40. People were leaving.. i would have gone elsewhere if i knew, and will next time

Scheduled an appointment for 11, after a 2 hour wait was finally seen for 3 minutes.  Given steroids which I had at home.

BERGENFIELD South Wash.URGENT CARE As a 66 year old with some disabilities it is easier to schedule ahead or call. I went in for knee xray, but mentioned my recent sinus pressure and was seen for that as well. Between the professionalism, cleanliness and hospitality FASTER THAN HOSPITAL CLOSER TO HOME

I walk in and registered right away. I waited for just 15 minutes. The nurse and the doctor who took care of me were so kind and friendly especially the nurse. I would surely recommend this provider

The staff was amazing and so accommodating, got me in and out immediately! The online process of filling in forms was tedious, and I wish I would’ve been told a little earlier that I didn’t have to fill it in entirely and that only consent forms and insurance card was needed. other than that everything went very smoothly and I would gladly return. Everyone is so kind and efficient!  I would 100% recommend, genuinely the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. They also sent my electronic prescriptions in the nearby pharmacy immediately so I was able to pick it up right after.

I woke up this morning with a sore on my lip, but I was lucky enough to go to urgent care and be seen within just 5 minutes—no wait at all! They prescribed me some medication, and I’m already feeling a lot better now.

Was able to walk in, get seen, and get a diagnosis quickly. I was able to get all that and my meds within an hour, I would highly recommend! Staff was very friendly.

I went because something happened to my left foot. Turns out via X-rays I have a sprain

Wait time was minimal. Staff was pleasant and the pa was great
