I scheduled an appointment a couple hours before and filled out paperwork online. I arrived and was seen an hour plus after the appointment time. When I asked the front desk why so long she said the office was full of walk-ins and they were priority. Silly me for thinking scheduling was smarter, I should’ve just been a walk in as well. Office was very dank and dull. The only positive was the doctor who was great! Needless to say I won’t be returning and will stick to my preferred location.

Woke up sick this morning and was a to book my appointment.  The wait at least 15 minutes and the staff were very friendly.  I was greeted by the nurse and doctor.  They provided their service accordingly to my illness.  I felt safe in their presence.

Always quality care late at night when you need it. Much more convenient than going to the hospital or my primary care. The staff ia always pleasant, and the doctor is always helpful!

I scheduled my appointment online 45 minutes before I arrived at the a.m. p.m. urgent care. I had a very little wait time. The medical assistant was very lovely and very efficient and the provider was very lovely and very efficient and it was a very good experience I’m blessed. It’s very close to my home and I was very well taken care of and I would go back.

I was very disappointed with the quality of care I received at this urgent care. I came in because of a sudden plugged sensation and significant hearing loss in one ear after swimming. Despite having an appointment, I was not seen until about 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Once I was finally seen, the actual examination lasted only a few minutes and felt extremely rushed. The provider told me there was inflammation and prescribed antibiotic/steroid ear drops. I was also given an earwax removal kit. What concerned me most was how little explanation I received. I was not told whether earwax was significantly blocking the ear canal, whether my eardrum could be fully visualized, or what was thought to be causing the hearing loss. I was also given the earwax removal kit without any instructions about when or how to use it, particularly in the context of an inflamed ear canal. Most importantly, I was not given clear guidance about what to do if the hearing loss did not improve or when I should seek further evaluation. After nearly two days of treatment, my hearing has not improved at all, and I have now scheduled an appointment with an ENT to have the problem properly evaluated. I understand that urgent care has limitations and that not every ear problem can be definitively diagnosed there. However, waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time only to receive a few-minute, rushed examination with very little explanation was extremely frustrating, especially when my primary complaint was a new loss of hearing in one ear. I would not return to this location.

I love this urgent care, the staff, the doctors, medical assistants, ability to do X-rays, etc. But I’d like to give feedback on the appointment process and request it be improved. Right now, if you make an appointment, it is not honored. Even if you get there early, they will not take you if any walk ins came in before you. Essentially, there is no point in making an appointment. I waited for an hour after my appointment time and had to leave before they took me to pick up my toddler from school. They explained to me that if someone walks in before me, they add them to the schedule first. This is not how it should be. If someone is running late to an appointment, I understand taking one walk in first. But if someone gets to their appointment on time, they should not have to wait for a walk in or multiple walk ins who got to the waiting room before them that haven’t been seen yet. Walk ins should only be taken if someone doesn’t show up on time to their appointment or if there are no appointments happening at that time. I love this urgent care and will still continue to come to this urgent care but I ask that you please use this feedback to improve the waiting process. Thank you in advance.

Scheduling my appointment online was easy and efficient. Staff were so welcoming and professional.

I was especially impressed with the bedside manner and professionalism of Dr.Cutro.

It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment through their online portal. The doctor was friendly, straightforward, and got right to the treatment. However, my experience during the wait was disappointing. I waited about 40 minutes before seeing the doctor, while I did not see anyone waiting before us. After waiting that long, I politely checked with the front desk to make sure my check-in had been completed and everything was in order. Unfortunately, the receptionist was very blunt and unfriendly, almost as if she was annoyed that I asked. A little courtesy and reassurance would have gone a long way toward making the overall experience much better.
