I did a walk in and was taken right away.  Everyone who worked there including Dr. Safran was welcoming, prompt and professional.  They addressed my issue right away, prescribed an antibiotic and I was feeling better the same day.  I would highly recommend this provider!

Unfortunately the visit did not go well the staff was not experienced in draining my hematoma  So he opted not drain my elbow…     He suggested that I compress it And did not give me instructions on wearing the rap   So when I woke up my hand and arm were quite swollen …

I was seen, but I’m a little disappointed based on the doctors attitude. Unfortunately I came in during the FIFA World Cup, and I’m certain the doctor was a bit preoccupied with that. I felt totally rushed. While he did give me a diagnosis and recommendation, he seemed annoyed when I asked him to repeat himself so that I could get the information right. The whole time I was thinking to myself that this was going to be billed… And it seemed like he wanted to get back to the game. Not sure if he’s Brazilian, but Brazil lost. I just hope I’m actually ok.
