Everything was great ESPECIALLY THE FEMALE DR. Xo. Thx again ;))

Had a respiratory issue, went in quickly seen and prescribed medication. Needed to get better for a large speaking event or normally would not go to doctor. They took care to check all my meds for potential reactions, and I am better in three days. Ready to work.

Very happy with this appointment and the care that I received. Would go back again.

I walked in with scripts for pre-surgery—bloodwork, nasal swab, EKG, chest Xray—and all were performed by a great staff and took under an hour. So relieved that I didn’t have to go to different places for each test. Blood draw was painless. Don’t know how she did this! A terrific place (:

Had an issue with a sinus infection. Needed antibiotics. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. Great experience.

Staff member who brought me back to check vitals never greeted me identified himself or his profession. He was wearing street clothes with no name tag and never once made eye contact. It felt very unprofessional and impersonal. The DO who subsequently spoke to me was much more professional, but I was honestly kind of  weirded out by the first health care worker

Registered easily on line. Seem promptly. Efficient exam and Rx sent to my pharmacy. All good!

I am submitting a significant complaint and would not recommend Am/Pm urgent care for this reason. Following my completing my online the reason for the visit being a sprained foot, I called the urgent care directly to confirm that there is an X-ray technician on premise and was told yes. When I arrived to check in I asked if the technician was running on time and was told not sure but it shouldn't be too long a wait. In fact after I was seen by the physician I was told that an X-ray is recommended but since there was no technician on premise I could get the X-ray at another Am/Pm urgent care where there is a technician. Having actively inquired about there being an on sight technician and been given false information not once but twice, I will make a point of letting others know about my negative experience.

Came in with swollen thumb from closing it in the car door. The staff was excellent, I laughed the whole time Very pleasant office. I definitely recommend this office . I was in and out in 45 min
