Staff was very nice and very efficient. Dr was lovely.

Had a fall and hurt my ankle. Check in process was quick and easy. Staff professional and knowledgeable. Care was professional and made me feel comfortable. A great experience. Would recommend AM PM.

Daughter woke up screaming and crying about her ear. I was able to quickly setup the appointment online while my wife drove her to the location. The staff took care of her immediately at 10:40 pm and quickly diagnosed the problem. My daughter had antibiotics in her before she went back to bed that night. Thank you for being open and efficient.

It was very easy to make an appointment and check-in online. There wasn't a long wait to be seen. The medical staff was friendly, kind, professional, and very attentive to my care. Gave wonderful treatment options. I am thankful for their help and advice. I gave four stars for staff friendliness because the receptionist at the front desk was quite the opposite. She was rude and passive aggressive to all the patients in the waiting room, including an older gentleman and two families with small children. For some reason, she would only speak in a volume that was barely audible to the patients. (She used a clearly audible volume when speaking to the staff.) She became visibly annoyed when no one responded in a timely fashion to her requests or asked if they asked her to repeat herself. Wrong personality for a job that is supposed to help people already feeling at their worst.

First time at AmPm. In and out quickly, staff was friendly, they listened to me and didn’t rush me thru. Great experience.

Made an appointment to be seen online.  I got there a little earlier than my scheduled appointment and was seen before my appointed time. The NP who exam me was friendly enough, but talked over me and I felt a little rushed.  I probably didn’t spend more than 5 minutes with her.

My mother was visiting me and became sick with a bad cough. She was seen and treated so nice by everyone at the office. Dr. Bilal Bajwa was amazing, he explained everything in detail and was so knowledgeable and thorough. He’s definitely 5 stars. I wish he had his own practice, he would be my PCP.
