We parked. Someone helped with a wheel chair.  Didn’t wait very long. Was seen by dr Dharvati (spelling?). She was very knowledgeable and extremely kind and helpful. And prescribed the correct medicine (antibiotic) and now I feel much better.

After having my knee swollen for a few days and trying to attend to the knee myself. I decided it’s time to have someone have a look at the knee. I started searching for an urgent care who was nearby, in my network, open late on Sunday evening. Check in was quick, the staff  was awesome, the physician was amazing.  I would definitely revisit if I have too.

I always I always hesitate to visit urgent care because every time I go they'll tell me it's viral and I don't get prescribed. Anything I went for sore throat had congestion pain in the front of my head can't swallow and I was given Motrin. I now have to schedule an appointment with my doctor to probably get antibiotics. I was told it was viral. This could not be viral

The doctor was very good. One of the best doctors I have met in my life. She diagnosed me in a correct way, was very communicative and helped me a lot.

Went in for sore throat.  They did a strep test and checked me over.  Dharati was fabulous!  Kind, professional and explained everything clearly.  Entire staff was great.  Will definitely go back

The staff, pa, and doctor are helpful, efficient, and kind. I was fortunate and had no wait time. The waiting room, bathroom, and examination room are super clean! If I need urgent care again, this is where I will go.

When I called initially about walking in the person to answer, the phone was rude and then when I finally came into the urgent care, the front staff all looked at me and didn’t say hello. I looked at everyone and pointed to who I was supposed to go with until somebody said something. No one asked me how they can help me. No one asked me if I needed assistance. Staff could use better training, but the doctor or PA was friendly. In the wait time was long when we were the only people in the waiting room.

The patient checkup part was pleasant and straight forward.  But I had a lot of difficultly picking up my medication at Walgreens Pharmacy on Cedar Lane.   I had to go between the pharmacy and clinic 2-3 times.  You need to work out where the glitches in the system are - on the side of your clinic or Walgreens?  Please identify and correct them.
