I think this was out of the staff's hands, but the wait time was horrendous. I came in at 8:45 and was the third walk-in. I got my vitals checked at 10am, got into an exam room at 11am and then talked to the doctor at 12pm. I think this was an extreme outlier in wait time but I think still worth mentioning.

I went their for a swollen left hand to fine out why it was swollen, and what I could take for it. The provider didnot no why it was swollen and prescribe nothing he said their was water in the hand and I should go to E R for further treatment maybe this provider was a doctor assistant and could not give a treatment so I took some ibuprofen on my own and swelling went down

I appreciate feeling like someone invited me into their home. No typical rude nurses, no rushed doctor, no confusion after the appointment, I might have hit the lottery with this one, Thank you

Have been feeling dizziness for two days. My daughter took me there after work. Not waiting long to see doctor. After taking the prescription from doctor I feel much better now. Thanks Dr. Do

Was able to schedule and check in easily. Wait time was a bit longer than expected. I totally understand, provider was there long hrs and gave excellent care. Staff were very responsive. Will definitely recommend

Woke up this morning, feeling extremely dizzy and would faint if I wasn’t hanging onto the walls. I unfortunately don’t remember the doctor‘s name I saw at urgent care, but he was wonderful. Very professional, extremely helpful, gave me some medication which I filled promptly. don’t know the results of the medication, because I just took my first pill. Love your urgent care facility. Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. thank you.

With the difficulty scheduling with my primary care, your clinic has been a lifesaver. I schedule online, and the wait is never terrible. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate you all!

I was feeling sick for like 2 weeks, finally decided to go to urgent care, I kept holding off thinking i was going to be in there for hours, but was able to book an appointment online and got seen within 40minutes. The staff and Dr were so nice and helpful. I already feel so much better
