Scheduling my appointment was easy so was check in. The staff was not friendly nor unfriendly they kind of just were there. The wait time was ridiculous I waited an hour to be see for the doctor to step in for 5 minutes and be done. I literally could’ve done a phone call appointment, there really was no point of me going in besides getting my vitals taken. I would reconsider them separating from being an urgent care and having regular patients. You guys need to pick one either be a general doctors office or only be an urgent care because patients with an appointment shouldn’t be waiting around the same time a walk in patient with is waiting .
