I was not feeling well and went to get checked out glad the office was open on a Sunday. I was greeted by a friendly staff member that made the sign in process very easy. The wait time was minimal then I was seen by a nurse then the doctor. All staff members were very helpful and welcoming. Attending Dr, I will call her Dr K, was very friendly and despite the discomfort of the treatment her bedside manner was amazing. She was friendly and energetic and apologetic, making the uncomfortableness of the treatment tolerable. This is the second visit where I have been treated by Dr K and both times have been a positive and pleasant experience. Thanks Dr K

I came in with what I feel is possible strep throat. After waiting in the room the dr tells me they don’t have any rapid strep tests and I have to get a swab and call for results on Wednesday or maybe Thursday?! It’s Saturday and I’m in pain. I didn’t know that an urgent care place wouldn’t have the necessary testing to tell me if it were strep or not. Very DISSAPPONTING. You should have the necessary tests for things like this

I went in to get checked out and after I was done I was supposed to have 4 medication sent to my pharmacy but it’s been 2 days and I have not gotten any notifications from my pharmacy and when I call urgent care to resolve the issue they just keep saying my medication was sent in but my pharmacy says otherwise so now I’ve been in pain for 2 days no meds or anything to help me with since they can’t figure out what’s going on .
