My head was throbbing for a couple of days. I had an ingrown hair follicle that was infected. They called me in quick. Doctor prescribed me antibiotics and a cream to apply. I would recommend this urgent care.

Scheduling is very hard check-in was very easy. The staff is kind and I’ve had the best Care ever.

My visit was good, the Doctor an nurses were great..

Was having a horrible pain in my back but the staff was especially helpful in checking me in and being very accommodating with my pain. Kimberly specifically was very polite and helpful. She went the extra mile while being concise and not overstepping any personal boundaries. I have never felt more safe and comfortable at a medical facility considering it’s a very nerve wrecking process for me, however Kimberly made it a great visit by being welcoming, considerate, and warm in her care.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful but the doctor I saw did not clearly hear my concerns or answer my questions, he gave vague answers and sounded disinterested. He did not take time to fully process my health concerns, he sounded pretty dismissive and all he did was just make a GI referral. I waited for almost an hour for him just for him to leave in 5 minutes.

I entered as a walk in. They were quick to take me in as well as the doctor seeing me. I was just a bit confused on why the doctor was using chat gpt for my evaluation. Overall not too bad, just could’ve used chat gpt myself to figure out what I had.

Walk-in without worries. Filling paperwork and greeting by friendly staff members. Getting a warmth hearted by Brain has makes my day. Brain prescribed the medication and picked up going smoothly. I great experience.

I was not given anything to care for my vertigo nor my pain , I will not be coming back. My bathroom time was longer than my care with the doctor.
