Woke up this morning with a swollen, warm to the touch insect bite and checked for local urgent care. AME Brookshire was the only location that had the earliest appointment. I love that I was able to book an appointment online to save me the hassle of having to wait around. When I got there, the front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole check-in process was smooth. I only waited a few minutes to be taken back to a room. Once in the room, I once again only waited a few minutes before the doctor came in. The provider was extremely kind, showed concern and was proactive with my concern. Overall, I had an amazing experience, which is something I've never had with an Urgent Care.
