Didn’t schedule an appointment went straight there with a bad popped knee pain. Took 2 hours waiting for dr to see me then I got a nurse practitioner that took less than 5’ to check on me. Then got an Xray done and it took around 5 1/2 hours to hear the results. 👎

My son was brought walk-in to Urgent Care with popping, ringing, and whitish to a slight yellowish drain suspected of the (left) ear infection. There was only short wait time during staff lunch. He was seen right away with the Nurse to take all vital signs then the Physician immediately treated and diagnosed him then ordered prescription medication for the infection. Thank you for the extraordinary treatment.

I absolutely love everyone in the office and I've had absolutely nothing but great care from all the doctors. The only complaint I have is not being able to get a hold of the offices directly. The answering service that you guys have is very difficult because there's a very strong accent barrier and they are very limited to what they can do for you. You leave a message with them and you don't get a call back for hours upon hours later. That's my only complaint but other than that I love the staff and doctors
