Upon checking in we were the only ones with an appointment. Online it showed that we were scheduled at 2, arrived at 2:03. There were no other appointments until after 3 and several walk ins. We didn’t get called to the back for two hours, meaning all walk ins went in before our actual appointment. I’m not sure if this is common but if so, what is the point of scheduling an appointment? The staff were friendly and kind. I just don’t understand the scheduling and how to avoid a long wait time
