My wait time was and has always been frustrating.  An emergency client bumped the schedule a bit; no big deal though.  The staff did a great job at keeping me informed of the delays, so that helped. My crappy insurance limits which facilities I can use.  AFS is an okay provider overall.

The check in was super easy and the staff made everything so quick and easy! I barely waited 10 minutes and the entire thing only took like 30 minutes. Tammy is the lady who helped me and she was extremely nice and helped ease my anxiety about coming and made me feel very comfortable and explained everything amazingly well. I would reccommend coming here 100%, everything was also very clean.

I checked in online, so the wait time was not bad. The staff was so kind, helpful, and attentive. The care a received was excellent. I left with no further questions and got on a good treatment plan.

My granddaughter was seen with minimal wait as a walk in. The physician assistant, Nolan, listened to us and was thorough with his exam and treatment plan. I was thankful to be able to get her good care on a Saturday afternoon.

I fell while hiking on the Appalachian Trail and thought I might have broken my wrist (again). Came in for an x-ray which confirmed no break but possible fracture. I couldn’t have received better care. Dawn at reception made checking in a breeze. Imelda took my history and x-rays and was kind and gracious. Dr Payne checked my wrist, and also the other injuries I sustained. Everyone was so kind and so patient. I feel exceptionally well cared for.

Dr. Payne was awesome. Ive seen him back a few years ago. Nice and comforting bedside manners. The nurse was excellent. The office was not very clean. The floors were dirty with debree. No staff checked the restroom, which needed attention. Staff at front desk very pleasant. Check in nurses were exceptional. However staff in back office wouldnt even acknowledge you.We dont know all your rules so some may have trouble signing in especially senoirs.

From the second I walked in to the second I left it was a horrible experience. The people who were supposed to be at the front desk were hiding in the back just chitchatting in the back (I could hear them having conversations about their personal life). They had signs up front asking to scan a QR code to check yourself in. During my wait period I had to use the bathroom and found roaches in a trap in the bathroom that were still alive. The nurse who did my intake was extremely unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable he didn’t wash his hands before putting on gloves and just didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. When I finally got back to a room the ran some tests and told me it would take 16 minutes and I ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes. They were not busy at all there were two people in the waiting room including myself so there was no reason it should’ve taken as long as it did. I felt disgusted and would not go back at all.
