From the doctors to the nurses to the girl at the check-in, everybody was so nice.

Initial care by Chris (blk female- I believe she said her name was Chris) was exceptional. She was caring, knowledgeable, and professional.  Doctor was great too!

This is the second time I have received poor care at this location. I am so sick today I can't get out of bed and all you gave me was an inhaler after I paid you $190. This is the second respiratory infection I have had to make a second appointment to resolve because you refuse to provide adequate care!

It was better than my first experience but I contribute that to I scheduled first appointment of the day and was there 30 minutes early to stand at the door. Dr Payne is very nice and good service.

Everything about this visit was perfect.  The staff was 5 stars.  The treatment was exactly what I needed.  Thank you.

Hadn't been feeling well for about a week. I was able to schedule the appointment the same day.

I went to your place at 7:50 am. There was already there was already 4 people in front of me. I asked how long of a wait. I was told hard to say (which I get) we also have a lot of appointments. I said I didn’t know you did appointments I thought you were a walk in clinic. It’s in the name “walk-in”. I went to work and set up a 2:30 appointment. I did paperwork on line. Showed up at 2:21. There was 5 names on the tv. My name was on the tv in second place for next. I finished check in by 2:35. Still tv shows the same thing. Everyone on that list was called before me. 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment I get call. I asked the nice nurse how does the system work? Is it first come first serve or appointment. I was told first come. I was there over 2.5 hours to get a knee looked at. Maybe the worse experience EVER. Feel free to call me. Doctor and back nurses were awesome!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone I know.

The staff is always nice there. This is only walk in clinic I will go to. I would recommend.
