I woke up this morning feeling bad. I knew I need to be seen today. So I decided to book an appointment online with AFC. It was really easy to book online, take a picture of my ID and insurance information. The young lady that worked today at the front desk was so pleasant, nice, and professional. The provider was very knowledgeable, she listened to me, she assessed me, made the appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan. I will come back to this healthcare facility. Thank you AFC

I had made my appointment online to try and fit in an appointment with my schedule, I was taken back 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The front staff did not inform me that they were out of flu and Covid tests, which I would have went somewhere else if I had known this information. The nurse that took me back was very friendly and did a great job. The provider did not have wonderful bedside manner, and though I tested negative for strep she just prescribed an antibiotic? If I had flu or Covid, this would be irrelevant. Overall I did not feel that my visit was productive, but I appreciate the staff and their time.

My visit went good the wait time was a little longer then I had experience with previous visit. But they were a little busy on a Sunday. The nurse practitioner was nice and professional. The staff is always friendly and professional from check in to check out. I would most definitely recommend AFC to family and friends.
